• R395 per person implies per hand. If you would like to make a hand statue of both your hands an additional R195 applies, making it a total of R590. 

• All ages are welcome for our experience even though we do not recommend any child below the age of 3 as they might fidget during the hand moulding experience which might affect the final outcome. However if you think this may not be the case with your child then you are free to bring them along!

• Our experience starts precisely at 12pm, as your booking confirmation states, please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to avoid missing out on the most crucial part of the event. If you show up anytime after start time, you will have to wait for someone to attend to you. If you are late by 15 minutes or more then you forfeit the entire experience and will have to settle for someone assisting with your hand moulding on a one on one basis. Best approach would be to assume we begin at 11:30 instead as we've had too many latecomers throughout the tenure of the experience.

• No food or beverages are permitted inside the venue. Drinks can be purchased before the experience starts and food may be purchased during the 30 minute interval.

• All payments are non-refundable. We put a lot of time and effort into preparing for all guests, if you can't make it for one reason or another you can either 1. Postpone your booking to another Saturday  2. Gift the experience to someone else or 3. Purchase your already prepared 2handsy kit which you can use at home, we will refund the difference.

• Be sure to follow all instructions which we deliver in two ways, a one page manual that you can read through while waiting for start time or the host and instructors who will take you through every step. Instructions must be followed to a tee for the best outcome. 

• We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are abusive towards our host, instructors, venue staff and those who choose not respect the experience.

Can I mould my hand/s in any fashion?

No, if you already have something that you found online you can feel free to send it to us and we'll let you know whether or not it works. If not don't fret as we dedicate about 5 minutes of the experience for everyone to figure out how to mould their hands as well as the do's and don'ts.

 

Am I allowed to bring spectators?

Yes. As long as they support the venue by buying a few drinks or a meal. Room for spectators is also subject to availability so please be sure to enquire first.

 

Do I have to make a booking or I can walk in?

We prepare for all bookings well ahead of time so bookings are essential and must be made and paid for at least two hours in advance. We do not do reservations. Only a paid booking translates to a secured spot.

 

Do you offer a variety of spray paint?

We only offer gold & silver colours, if you would like to paint your hand statue any other colour we can inform you where to purchase spray paint. From experience we've also realised that it's best not to paint your statue if you have never handled spray paint before as a few guests end up piling up too much paint on it and ruining the finer details.

Do your 2handsy kits come with spray paint?

No, our kits only come with the materials required to create your hand statue, spray paint is reserved only for the experience.
